'The Special Needs Hotel' follows residents of Foxes, special needs hotel. The staff of the hotel are all aged between 16-24 and suffer from disabilities. The series is shot mainly from their point of view as they complete a 2-3 year placement at the Somerset location.

The teenagers begin their first day at the Foxes Hotel in Somerset and for Amanda, Thomas and Katie it is also their first time away from home.
