The Extraordinary Adventures of Adele Blanc-Sec 2010 DVDRip-WBZ
Plot: An adventure set in the early party of the 20th century and focused on a popular novelist and her dealings with would-be suitors, the cops, monsters, and other distractions.
This movie is boring. The story never takes off. It is a cross between "Amelie" and "Indiana Jones" but not a good one. The main character is only sort of likable. The supporting characters are not interesting. The whole thing comes across as sort of ideological. Luc Besson seems like a real chump. I almost walked out but the area around the movie theater where I saw it is kind of dangerous at night and I didn't want to leave alone. I was mugged there a few weeks ago. Had I seen it in a different theater I would have walked out. I had other stuff to say but now that I'm home I'd rather read my book than spend any more time writing about this movie. I forgot what I wanted to say anyway.
