Rufus Hound looks at some models that he feels have rightly been consigned to history, including the Reliant Robin, Hillman Hunter, Rover SD1 and the Austin Allegro. While the host has little time for any of these vehicles, he manages to find some people who do, including father-and-son duo Melvin and Adam who own five Reliant Robins, which they describe as an `icon of motoring'. Rufus concedes that these models face stiff competition for the title of worst car ever, thanks to offerings from overseas manufacturers such as Skoda and Lada.
