Captain Dave Carraro and the crew of the FV-Tuna.com answer a Coast Guard call to assist a boat in distress with two men overboard. Captain Dave Marciano of the Hard Merchandise and Captain Tyler McLaughlin of the Pin Wheel decide to combine forces and make the 150-mile steam offshore to the remote Georges Bank, in the hopes of catching some desperately needed fish. But when catches are scarce and the pressure to catch is on, sometimes trusting the competition isn't such a good idea.

Season 3 , Episode 02 – “Checkmate”
Despite a respectable first week fishing solo, Captain Tyler McLaughlin recognizes that his chances of success are higher with a good crew.
