Gino takes a trip through the spectacular Tuscany scenery. He is eager to experience the city of Siena where the city is renowned for its rich and spiced fruit and nut cake. He makes a chocolate version of the panforte. Gino also pays a visit to the Benedictine monks and is keen to find out why the monks have decided to live the way they have.
