After the fight between the girls at Ang's Gay Soiree it's clear that things at the Miami Monkey are not going well. When the gossip continues to spread, no one takes responsibility, and everyone starts pointing fingers. Still, amidst the turmoil, an unlikely friendship emerges. In an attempt to fix things, Raquel, the self-proclaimed "little boss" calls a staff meeting. As the conversation becomes more and more heated at the meeting, lines are crossed that end both new and old friendships among the girls - forever leaving the bar and its Monkeys in complete chaos.
