Scheduled to appear: Calista Flockhart, Ryan Seacrest, Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, Steven Tyler, Shannen Doherty, Christina Applegate, Katey Sagal, Seth MacFarlane, Kiefer Sutherland, Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny.
