Sarah talks to Tabitha and Paul Rawlinson who want to double the size of their small country cottage in Kent. She also meets Jim and his partner Elaine, who want to update their 1960s semi to make room for their family which is increasing in size.

Season 03, Episode 04 - ”Sheffield”
Sarah is in Sheffield where she meets Russ and Jen Hunt, who want to have a larger family but their new-build is already bursting at the seams with just one child. They are planning on building an extention but whole project is under threat before the foundations can even be laid. Sarah also meets Adam and Laura Margolis in Radlett who sold their four-bed house and bought a bungalow after Adam, who has Multiple Sclerosis, found climbing the stairs impossible.
