Along the way, they drop in on local food heroes Barry and Derek, who run Fortune's Smokehouse, a fifth generation family run fish smokers. Fired up by their visit, it's back to the main task... And with no less than four items each to prepare, let's hope our lads haven't bitten off more than they can chew. They're not only going head to head with each other, but must compete with the best local cooks. They arrive in Nidderdale in North Yorkshire and they both hope to win the day - and the week - with their Date and Walnut scone entries at the Nidderdale show. Before they reach for the aprons however, they make a visit to nearby food hero Susannah Vickers, who runs a mobile baking service, sharing her passion and teaching others to bake delicious bread. She's got some hints and tips for our two professionals too...
