Cosby The Women Speak HDTV x264-JIVE
A handful of the over 50 women who have accused comedian Bill Cosby of sexual assault will share their stories in an hour-long television special on the A&E network.Included in the list of women who will be appearing in the special are Louisa Moritz, model Beverly Johnson, and publicist Joan Tarshis. Johnson previously wrote a lengthy essay for Vanity Fair where she spoke about Bill slowly winning her confidence before aggressively insisting that she try a drugged cappuccino while visiting his home one day. In a recent appearance on Good Morning America to promote her upcoming memoir, The Face That Changed It All, the supermodel discussed the Cosby scandal and her own involvement. Not the most comfortable time you’ll spend with your TV this fall season, I can guarantee you. It will look at what happened when Hannibal Burress’ standup went viral and how Cosby’s spokespeople have been responding since the firestorm of allegations began. This special is the first of four specials from Lincoln Square that will air on A&E. “I’ve done this bit on stage and people act like I’m making it up”. The show will approach his lurid life decade by decade, highlighting details already well-documented, as well as bringing new ones to light.
