32 Brinkburn Street is a drama series which follows the lives of two generations of the same family, one living in 1931 and the other in the present day. The series is set in a Georgian terraced house in Manchester.

Episode 1
In 1931, Walter Ogilvie has money difficulties due to his gambling addiction and reduced hours at work. His wife decides to take in a lodger to help ease their worries. In 2011, Ellie Milliner moves into her sick father's home with her husband and stepdaughter.
